I called a company who checks for water damage and he indicated that there was indeed some moisture in trhe ceioling in a small confined area. See video.

I suggest we cut out the wet area and replace it to protect you (us) from the possibility of futute mold.

I checked with the office and they are responsible for dry wall replacement. (Not painting) John is going to stop by and I will show him the effected area to get him in the loop. I will take no action until you arrive, but  is what is called for.rest assured that the entire fix job is our responsibility and it will be remedied to your complerte satisfaction.

It appears a cut, replace, patch andf paint.

To avoid third party pass-along info I videoed my discusssion with Alex, the water damage guy.

FYI: He gave me two names of sheet rock technicians in case we want to go outside the condo fix.
