Sales Tip #3: Eye Contact
You probably think (believe) that you are pretty good at this … looking people in the eye. News Flash: You are not.
Test this for yourself. Pay attention to the eye movement of the people you are speaking with. But more importantly, begin to focus on how little you look people in the eye.
As simple and basic as this sounds, this small courtesy will pay HUGE dividends. It is the fastest and easiest way to convey to your audience that you area confident, sincere, interested professional.
If you are interested in establishing more and better relationships, begin improving your eye contact.
This is a BIG TIME selling skill.
