Yesterday’s Honda Classic Golf Tournament winner, Michael Thompson provides today’s food for thought.
Michael who? You might be asking yourself right now.
That’s right. His name does not rhyme with Woods, MacIlroy, Mickelson or Ogilvy.
In fact, he missed the last three out of four cuts and finished 78th in his other start.
After that dismal record, a little evaluation was in order.
“My coach, my wife and I, we all just kind of put our heads together and said, ‘what do we need to do in order to get better?’”
The next week … he found himself on top of the hill.
So I ask you: “What do you need to do to get better?”
Chances are you are not where you want to be … need to be … or deserve to be. And there are a few things you can do – and already know you should be doing – better. What are they?
So what can you do (starting today) to get better?
Remember the lessons learned with the Kaizen approach to success? Little by little.
One step at a time. What can you do today to begin the ongoing process.
Have a great Monday and I will talk to you again on Wednesday.
Mike
