Your buyers are no different than you are. Chances are they’re overworked, underpaid, and scurrying from morning to night trying to get things done.
Lazy: Like everybody else they are looking for the easy way out. This is your opportunity to take control and make their lives easier.
Busy: The last thing they need is another item on their to-do list. Assure them that your business is to relieve the pain and not to add to it.
Befuddled. In many instances they simply don’t know what next step to take. Here is where you lay out an action plan and put their mind to rest.
